Feb 1823            It appearing from the petition of Isaac HOLLAND that the Valley Road as it now runs cuts off a corner of his land; also appearing from report of Jury of View that the turning of said road will be no public inconvenience; HOLLAND is permitted to turn said road and the Overseer is to work on said new road after HOLLAND shall have it turned. Feb 1823            Ordered that the overseer on the Valley Road, above and below Richland Creek, build a bridge across said creek at James COULTERS, each overseer to work to center of said bridge and keep the same in good repair.
