This Isaac Roberts was born July 5, 1833. Do not confuse with another Isaac Roberts, son of Zaccheus Roberts, who was born 1812. No known relationship.

Isaac S. T. Roberts was born July 5, 1833 in Roane County, TN. He married (May 10, 1860) Caroline M. Ladd. Isaac S. T. lived in the 3rd District of Roane County. His real estate conveyances are as follows:

Isaac S. T. and Caroline with children are shown in the 1870 and 1880 Roane census. Isaac S. T. died March 10, 1909. He and Caroline and at least four of their children are buried in Poplar Springs Cemetery.

This Caroline Ladd did not marry Brashear Roberts. She married Isaac S. T.
Roberts, son of David, grandson of Wright L. Roberts. Isaac Roberts was a
preacher who built the church that still exists at Poplar Springs Baptist
Church, Roane Co., TN. They are both buried at the cemetery next to this church
as well as his mother- Martha; father- David; brother - Charles W.; daughter-
Cornelia; son - Nelson; son - David; and grandfather - Wright Little Roberts. I
am sending you photos of both Isaac and Caroline on a separate e-mail. I have
this information because they were the maternal grandparents of my grandmother.
